Interesting black/goth/symphonic metal from Italy by former TDV vocalist.Upon his exit from THEATRES DES VAMPIRES Lord Vampyr (a.k.a. Alexander) created an eponymous band unit to record the album 'De Vampyrica Philosophia'. The album included contributions from THEATRES DES VAMPIRES band colleagues Blasfemator and Morgoth. Other band contributors included FEARWELL and GHOULS bassist Nighthorn, ASTARTE SIRIACA keyboard player Alexiel and EYECONOCLAST guitarist / programmer Stefano Morabito.
