Mirrors is Midnight Caines third album. The band started to write on the album in 2011, when Midnight Caine changed to become a trio. In a way Mirrors comes closer to a more commercial sound. Nevertheless, the true Midnight Caine atmosphere and drama are all there, as always.
Thematically, Mirrors is in its parts a blend between ghost-stories, comic and classic horror film feel. It also has a serious side which shines through in the atmospheric sections on the album.
