The musical ancestry of the band obviously lies in the eighties and nineties. With playground of the past the band now releases 2012 their first album as Logic & Olivia.
The ten songs of the album tell about longings, emotions and situations of the daily routine and look back into the past again and again. The contents of the texts are used allegorical and they are interpretable in different ways. Within the songs the dominant sounds of the synthesizers come upon the soft and partially estranged appearing guitars in relentless continuity.
On the album danceable songs regularly alternate with atmospheric ballads. Finally it is this mixture of synthesizers and guitars witch give the album in its entirety the pleasant and special sound.
