The aural world of BAIKAL evokes a crystalline landscape full of huge and breathtaking
images, guiding the listener to arcane places, lakes and steppes. This new output of Andrew
Lagowski aka S.E.T.I. is the result of the examination with the idea of old and sunken
crafts being hidden in lakes while surfacing through the water in abandoned areas where only
few people would live and survive. Calm and smooth soundscapes and atmospheric synth waves
loaded with digitized voices and textured layers of noises and samples. BAIKAL is another
step further in S.E.T.I.'s history of deep sounding ambient music.An evolving, moving and skittering Masterpiece!
