Arise-X were formed in 2003 out of the group Mechanical Horizon. Owing to problems withtheir label Maschinenwelt, the group splitted up into two parts in 2002:
- MH who can be assigned to Future Pop/Synth-Pop
- Arise-X who can be assigned to Dark Electro/EBM/Industrial
The music of Arise-X is very suitable to dance to and actually produced for dance Clubs.
