PSI CLUB's music is melancholic ecstasy. Their debut album ECHOES FROM THE DEAD ANGLE combines elements of psychedelic rock and post-punk. Despite all these contrasts, the band manages to remain catchy. MATIAS 13 and ROSA IAHN have an eventful musical past behind them. As guitarist and singer of the band BLOODY DEAD AND SEXY, they have been shaping a modern form of death rock and post-punk for 25 years and have managed to gather a considerable fan base. Not least because of their infamous, excessive live shows around the globe. “PSI CLUB emerged from the moment. We sat together in the evenings and listened to vinyl records. Suddenly the idea arose to make exactly the record that we would like to hear now. ECHOES FROM THE DEAD ANGLE was created within a few weeks. We realized that we were onto something special, very unique. It doesn't fit with what we did before with BLOODY DEAD AND SEXY and that's why we founded a new band with PSI CLUB. It feels great.
