Love was lies is the debut album by Terminal Serious, aka Luigi Buonaiuto, from Florence IT. With post-punk and dark-wave sounds, the album contains songs about love, loneliness and love for loneliness; the story of a solitary and introspective soul digging inside itself in an attempt to put order in chaos. In the first single "Lamb" we face the ghosts of the past in search of hope. Can love still save us? Perhaps an answer is hidden in the notes of this story! The second single "Disorder" explores the world of toxic narcissism, the need to use masks to hide the true self, and the journey to personal freedom. In the Extended Version, the album also contains the single "Nobody sees us", feat. Çağla Güleray (Ductape), a song with mysterious lyrics that investigates the secrets of attraction, the nature of shame and guilt.
