Adored was launched by brothers Lennon & Christian Nichols in 2019. The two cite The Cure, Tears For Fears, Depeche Mode, & A Flock of Seagulls as influences, though, a more concise representation of the group’s sound would read “80s Film Soundtrack.” In the brothers’ use of metaphor, lyrics possessed with themes of martyrdom, ritual, love, & want are laid delicately upon retro-cinematic scores.
