MonZanto is a Mexicans band funded by Rod M. in 2015 officially after going by the name a "Negativen geist" way back in 2009 in Michoacan Mexico, Monzanto begins as an independent project influenced by old school Dark wave, E.B.M. and industrial bands, At first only realizing singles on social media until eventually catching the attention of the Mexican Dark electronic music community “Mente Rota” where MonZanto was added to the Codex one compilation in its third and fourth edition, There MonZanto began to get more exposure and started to get more followers until the day when the community Mente Rota and the Russian Dark community made a collaboration to release a Mexican band compilation album, There is where MonZanto manage to release it's first official album under the guidance of the Russian dark community administrator that gather singles from 2009 to 2022.
