Maduro is the primary moniker for Washington DC-area dark electronic music artist and producer, Dave Buracker. His work blends everything from fragmented IDM beats and broken breaks with heavy industrial, DnB and dub inclinations, seamlessly woven with elegant synth arrangements and dark tribal ambient compositions. He has released over 20 albums as Maduro (and as Teleoptyk and Darkened), and has appeared alongside artists such as Amon Tobin, Venetian Snares, Muslimgauze, and Miss Kitten to name a few.
