How would it sound if Gary Numan’s dystopian songs were placed in an even more dystopian industrial soundscape? Negant set out to examine how a combination of the heavier industrial sound could be fitted to three well known songs by Gary Numan.
Being fans of Numan the three members of Negant each chose a track that was taken apart and re-arranged. Keeping base elements from the original while adding new ones the tracks ended up matching the line ‘A Different Face But The Words Never Change’ from ‘Down In The Park’ perfectly.
