Based in Kyiv/Kiev, ICY MEN is the meeting of minds of Ukrainian musicians Lytvyn and Den Stavitskiy. Their music is like an image of a black & white TV flickering in the darkness. It combines the sounds of 80’s drum machines with the aesthetics of Post-Punk and Coldwave creating a gloomy and hypnotic sense of angst and desolation. The cold romance of a concrete city and the unwillingness to be a part of the insane mechanism of modern society.
