After a lot of gigs in France and Belgium, DaGeist’s debut on Danse Macabre is really welcome and well supported by audience and all critics from the electro/wave scene. DaGeist communicates exiting atmospheres and succeeds to create a very own personal universe by blending ‘old fashioned’ sonorities with very modern and up-todate electronic sounds. In other words: a massive soundwall of analogic and fat keyboards, a ‘coldwave’ bass, new wave guitar riffs and strong vocals that come across sometimes sad, sometimes punchy like a slap in your face.
