Gamma Vortex is the solo project of Martin Rudefelt, a highly accomplished and seasoned musician best known for his work with the electronic music acts Cryo and Sound Sequence. With an extensive performance history, Martin has toured across Sweden, Germany, and Russia, appearing on the stages of renowned festivals such as Wave-Gotik-Treffen (WGT) and Amphi Festival. His experience also includes producing remixes for established artists like Suicide Commando and Neurotic Fish, as well as supporting iconic bands including Front 242 and VNV Nation. The sound of Gamma Vortex draws inspiration from dark electro and aggrotech, while remaining firmly rooted in Martin’s distinctive sonic identity. Beyond the music, Gamma Vortex introduces a unique and immersive visual dimension to live performances, delivering a powerful and unforgettable experience for audiences. To date, Gamma Vortex has released two EPs, Hatefeeder and Undertaker, along with the full-length CD Painfather. Painfather is the Hatefeeder and Undertaker EPs combined together with a couple of new tracks and remastered to perfection from the mastermind behind but now with everything turned up to eleven. No mercy!
