DEAD BEES IN BOURBON move in the wide-ranging area of post-punk, gothic, and indie rock. With a lineup consisting of drums, guitar, and bass combined with electronic soundscapes and a charismatic female vocal, DEAD BEES IN BOURBON create their very own distinctively dark, sometimes harsh, yet always catchy sound. Following the release of their first EP, "Shots 'N' Pleasures", a few months ago, the full-length album "Crystals" will be released on October 10, 2025. It features eleven brand-new songs and consistently continues the established path. The album offers an impressive musical range, from floating, sinister sounds ("Quiet Pulse") and epic melancholy ("Song From The Abyss") to an ever-increasing, ecstatic, up-tempo post-punk ("Rooftops Of Zion"). The band manages to maintain the listener's excitement throughout the album, presenting themselves as playful and experimental from beginning to end, always within their musical spectrum, but never predictable, which creates an appetite for more after each song. This diversity is certainly due to the fact that the band consists of four experienced musicians who have previously worked in genres such as metal, gothic, synthpop, industrial, and progressive rock, and who have collectively performed several hundred concerts and festival appearances.
