The 6th of May 2016 the French label “Unknown Pleasures Records” released the first LP "Pale and Sick" by European Ghost. "Pale and Sick" is a concept album: a flight OVER the European remains from the TWO WORLD WARS.
"Pale and Sick" is a path to human frailty, every text is the paradox of himself, is the individual's deviation towards the inner destruction and total. The man more and more 'conflict from outside interference, is isolated in a cathartic dimension, as if it were a real ghost who walks in a space-time parallel existence itself. The texts resemble metaphysical places, a world of emotions, weaknesses, conflicts of all kinds, etched in stone. Every word weighs as much as the human existence.
TEN PAINTED DARK TRACKS, INTEGRATE INTO New Wave tradition AND PUSHING THEIRSELVES limits to a martial and claustrophobic experimentalism.
PREVAILING bass guitar AND all other DENSE ECHOES guitar , WEAVE TOGETHER WITH STRICT DECLAIMS INTO A CONTEMPORARY APPROACH OF ELECTRONIC VIBES.
