HANDS regular Cervello Elettronico based in Los Angeles teams up with Detroit Industrial artist Veldt who recently contributed a remix for his EP on the Squarewav label. This digital-only-release contains four stark industrial techno tracks, the duo sport slow and bulging kicks with metallic sounds that reveal their industrial heritage to create a unique outcome. Repetitive and hypnotic, their creations evolve like mantras with carefully selected samples contextualizing the background of contemporary events. It's an unrefined sound fit for underground dance clubs. The sound of “Tank” is truly best characterized by "hard-as-nails", thus it serves as a reflection of this time, this cursed year that has been difficult and challenging for all of us.
