2005 was highlighted by the detonating and successful comeback of
Claus Larsen with the mighty LEAETHER STRIP - now 2006 will mark the
return of his side-project KLUTAE (originally named Klute but changed to
avoid confusion with a totally unrelated drum n' bass act ), through
which the Danish master of Electro / Industrial expresses his most
extravagant torments and fantasies. KlutaeÒs first releases showcased a
rather heavy and turbo-driven guitar-oriented sound which brought him
comparisons to metal-industrial acts like Fear Factory, Bile and
Swamp Terrorists. In fact, Klutae traditionally stands for a
more punkish 'in ya face' attitude with tongue-in-cheek lyrics and
angst-drivent old-school elektro arrangements. And itÒs with that very
characteristic sense of humour that Claus Larsen invites the listener on
another extravaganza journey through desert storms, hell fires and sexy
