Ode to the Titanic
Sometimes it is just a detail, a nuance or a simple final touch that
turns a love song into a dark pop anthem: FAIL TO LOVE is the fifth (!)
single release from PLEXIPHONES’ chart album “Break In The Clouds” (20
weeks in total in the DAC – German Alternative Charts and Native25 album
charts) which has caused quite a stir in the indie scene over here in
2020.
The lyric message of the song which is aired by SWR3 (one of Germany’s
most popular radio stations) is: It is better to make a painful break
than to draw out the agony. To the band of six originating from
Mönchengladbach the song inheres more of a beginning or charm.
The single will be released on October 23rd, 2020, featuring a lovely
lyric video as well as a remix compilation of long versions by TOKAPI
(i. a. DJ SASH!), L_iGH_T and Monotronic. Descending into an underwater
world of emotions - with PLEXIPHONES and FAIL IN LOVE.
